Obesity 

Intro: This Study will investigate weight management in adult participants with Obesity or Overweight and without Diabetes.

Investigational Drug: Macupatide and Eloralintide, alone or in combination

You may qualify if you:

• are 18 to 75 years
• are overweight: we can see if your  body mass index is high (BMI of ≥30 kg/m2, or ≥27 kg/m2 and <30 kg/m2, with at least one weight-related comorbidity (such as hypertension, high cholesterol or triglycerides, cardiovascular disease, obstructive sleep apnea, hyperuricemia/gout, PCOS, urinary incontinence, osteoarthritis, chronic lower back pain/knee pain, metabolic liver disease (MASLD or “fatty liver”) or chronic kidney disease)
• have an HbA1c of under 6.5%  
• have not taken weight loss medications in the past 6 months
• don’t have a prior diagnosis of diabetes mellitus (except for gestational diabetes).

Goal: To assess investigational medications on weight loss in persons with obesity with or without risk factors.
